TalentMoves.ai helps you build resumes, find jobs, and prepare for interviews. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

Account details (email), the resume and profile data you provide, your searches and saved roles, and standard usage/device data needed to run the service.

How we use it

To parse and tailor your resume, match you to roles, provide coaching, process payments, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Job data

We use only compliant, licensed job data sources — we do not scrape. Your searches are private to your account.

Storage & security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is private to your account. We use trusted processors (e.g., Supabase, Stripe) under their security terms.

Your choices

You can view, edit, export, or delete your resume and profile at any time from your account. Deleting your account removes your personal data.
